Over 5 years ago Dina is the woman who helped my wife and I find our dream home! Over the years Dina has continuously checked in with us to make sure we were still happy and just to see how we were doing. When we decided we were going to sell our home I contacted Redfin and expressed I would only work with Dina on selling our property. Other real estate agents tried to contact me but they did not possess what Dina has. She cared about our well being and the status of the home throughout the entire process. The house was vacant and she made sure to continuously send people to check up on the property and follow up with the lender for us to get the sale finalized. We were even able to close early do to her due diligence. I would recommend Dina to absolutely anyone that I even HEARD was thinking about buying or selling a property, whether they were a friend or complete stranger. Dina helped me sell my house in Florida. She walked me through everything that was needed. She is so nice but knows how to make things happen. The sale of my house with 4 cats which in itself was difficult challenge. She knew how to be nice but honest with me. I wanted to sell as is and other realtors wanted me to do upgrades so they could have an easy sale. Not Dina, while I had to do some repairs to clear a four point inspection, not one of the previous realtors suggestions needed to be fixed or repaired. The buyer came with their own hurdles but Dina did what needed to be done by basically walking the buyers realtor through the steps he needed to do. Her experience was a masterful plus as she knew when to tell the buyer’s agent that what was supplied or not supplied was not what was needed and to supply exactly x,y, and z. I would not have felt so comfortable with any other realtor as she did it my way, even if it came with some push back. I highly recommend Dina!
